true lipz reached out to Blue Like Neon to create their first eCommerce website customer experience. true lipz only uses the best ingredients and formulas to provide women lush, hydrated lips. Their lip gloss product is like nothing else on the market. Working together with the client, BLN refined their brand vision and learned what was important to the women who would be buying true lipz products. This research lead to a fresh website experience.

BLN learned that when users arrive at the client’s website, the brand’s primary goal is to help them feel “safe and curious.” BLN crafted the layout and UI design to guide women through content in a way that feels like exploring. Both the site structure and content invite senses, cursor, and/or fingertips towards ultimate lip hydration. true lipz products themselves are displayed vividly and confidently, but not aggressively. During the checkout process, BLN worked hard to help women feel delighted by the product and looking forward to using it.
