Delivering  an experience centered around speed.
By understanding the essence of what mobile phone users need and want, Blue Like Neon produced the user experience strategy. Content and structure was meticulously crafted to allow users to enjoy highly tailored content centered around the product story: A Case Built for Speed. Each graphic and image was designed to quickly communicate unique product attributes and help articulate the brand better. The product has broad market appeal, so content was written to feel and sound natural for all audiences.

Removing the friction of website management.
The Reach79 team wanted simple tools for the eCommerce on their new site – they felt overwhelmed with Magento. We found that Shopify had everything they needed as well as the ability to expand. The application allows seamless integration into NetSuite, so all web orders could fit into current workflows. We trained the customer service reps on how to respond to eCommerce feedback and how to populate the FAQ section with questions that they would discover were needed after getting actual customer feedback. We also taught them how to utilize chat tools to help customers on the site and influence real time sales. They were ready for whatever traffic CES might bring.

CES A known unknown, designing with future in mind.

CES brings traffic but how much?  Reach79 received heavy media coverage which resulted in high amounts of concurrent site traffic. Shopify ecommerce scaled with ease and had no breakdowns. Mobile users were able to purchase with ease, and mobile sales rivaled desktop sales.

Selling out of product on your first day is a dream for companies. Gaining insights that improve sales and better serves future customers makes it even better. Those things don’t happen by accident. A wonderful project and an ongoing, enjoyable relationship, both built on sound strategy, open lines of communication and a successful launch.
